Dr.
Sandra Ratcliff Daffron
Sandra Ratcliff Daffron, President and C.E.O. of IPT&E, is a seasoned,
respected international authority in adult and continuing professional
education. An Ed.D. in Adult and Continuing Education from Northern
Illinois University, an MS in Special Education from Southern Illinois
University and twenty-six years experience as a trainer and teacher
give Sandra tremendous depth as a corporate training consultant. Sandra
has developed innovative and effective transfer of learning techniques
for classroom and distance learning as a graduate professor in adult
and continuing education at Western Washington University, Virginia
Commonwealth University and Northern Illinois University. Recently,
Sandra served as Chief of Party for the groundbreaking USAID Palestinian
Rule of Law Project, and for many years led the American Judicature
Society with distinction as Director and Vice President. Her work
as Assistant Dean for the Chicago Kent College of Law, faculty trainer
for the Medical College of Virginia and trainer/mentor for scores
of judges, lawyers, physicians, military and law enforcement professionals
evidence Sandra's lifelong quest for excellence in continuing professional
education.
Edward
Webster
Edward Webster holds a M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education from Western
Washington University, a MS in Communications and a BS in Engineering
from Miami University. Edward draws on thirty years of experience
in education, communications, and engineering to deliver innovative
yet practical technology-based training solutions for a wide array
of clients. His business management experience includes Centro Corporation,
Nickelodeon Cable Network, Midwest Corporation, and Miami University.
Edward has designed communication systems and employee training programs
for technology clients worldwide, including Community Television of
Southern California, First Chicago National Bank, the Los Angeles
Unified School District, and the Korean Broadcasting System.
Hon.
John F. Daffron
Hon. John F. Daffron, Jr., retired judge, is an internationally renowned
court reformer and judicial educator. John was a judge in Virginia
for 30 years and served as Chief Judge of the Chesterfield Circuit
Court, and consults on international rule of law projects. He presents
strategic and futures planning concepts to audiences worldwide, often
as a keynote speaker. John has played a crucial role in judicial reform
by serving as chair and board member of the State Justice Institute
(appointed by 2 US Presidents) and the National Conference of State
Trial Judges. He also served on the boards of the Council of the Judicial
Division of the American Bar Association and the American Judicature
Society. John is a respected educator and lecturer for the National
Judicial College, the University of Richmond Law School, Al Quds University
School of Law in Jerusalem, and An Najah National University at Nablus,
West Bank.
Don
St. Mars
Don has worked with many clients to produce award-winning television
and interactive media projects. As senior staff designer at Nickelodeon
Studios, he was responsible for creating the on-air look of many award-winning
series, pilots, specials and promos. He also served as an in-house
art director and project manager at Disney Interactive Educational
Publishing division developing educational interactive media products.
Don has also worked with Discovery Channel School to produce many
online educational programs for teachers and students. Don holds a
degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and attended
the Art Institute of Pittsburgh majoring in advertising.
