Process
IPT&E attended several seminars and interviewed all judges in
attendance. This research helped to create innovative delivery ideas
that engaged the audience in presentations, replacing lectures that
had little interaction with participants. New content ideas generated
enthusiasm in program attendance and a "train the trainer"
program for seminar speakers energized presentation deliveries.
Deliverables
IPT&E delivered a complete report on the one-year planning process
that included:
• Summary of the judge's interviews
• Proposal for changes in the seminar series
• Planning committee recommendations
• Improved communication system with the seminar
speakers
• Suggestions for new seminar delivery methods
• Detailed plans for "train the trainer"
speaker workshops
• Review of new program results
• Recommendations for future program planning
